Perennial normally grown as an annual. Upright plant growing to 60cm with grey/green leaves and small white flowers. Very aromatic leaves that can be used fresh or dried; good in soups, stews, sauces, and for flavouring meat, fish and poultry. Attracts bees.
Grown using organic heirloom open pollinated seed, no sprays, no chemicals in organic nutrient rich soil with gypsum, volcanic rock, minerals and compost in trays. No blood and bone no fish.
